Hi All.
After a major rebuild the OZ5SHF Beacon cluster is back on air from JO45VX, 205 m ASL with signals on:
1296,900 MHz 10W ERP
2320,900 MHz 10W ERP
3400,900 MHz 2W ERP
5760,900 MHz 20W ERP

(10368,900 MHz, 25W ERP and 24048,900 MHz, 7W ERP was rebuild and put in operation several month ago).

All frequencies now GPS locked. Reception reports are welcome.
More info and pictures at http://oz9zz.dk/oz5shf.htm

Thanks to OZ5BZ and OZ9ZZ for building the beacon cluster - and a special thank to OZ8AFC (SK) for donation of a great many parts for the beacon.

On behalf of the beacon group

Hi All - follow up on previously message.

Don't dispair if you can't receive OZ5SHF on 3400,900 MHz. Due to DDS? or processor failure? beacon is not keying and just emits a carrier around 3400,880 MHz.

Even though the beacon had about 1000h burn in before being committed 100 ft up the mast, Murphy still managed to get along - Respect!
